Our pulleys are made of a plastic that we have been using successfully for years in a wide variety of industrial applications. The special plastic mixture is particularly impact resistant and UV-stabilized, so that our rope pulleys can be used indoors and also outdoors. The pulleys are manufactured in Germany in industrial quality.
Our rope pulleys have double ball bearings and are suitable for different wires and ropes depending on the design. Thanks to the double ball bearings, the rope pulleys can also be used for heavy constructions. In contrast to pulleys with only one ball bearing, shear loads are compensated much better and the pulley guide is much more stable.
Our pulleys with plain bearings are particularly corrosion-resistant and are suitable for e.g. agriculture in stables, rooms with high humidity or other areas of application where rust is a problem.
